Welcome to Athens, AL! The 2025 Alabama-Mississippi-Tennessee Rural Tourism Conference will be held in Athens, AL.

Recognizing that tourism is a vital part of a community’s economic development, the Alabama-Mississippi-Tennessee Rural Tourism Conference is a collaborative effort focused on assisting smaller communities in bolstering tourism. Incredible networking opportunities are a key component of the conference and dynamic speakers will present innovative ideas and relevant information that attendees will find useful in facing the unique challenges of promoting rural tourism with limited budgets. This annual conference is hosted alternately among Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee, however, anyone associated with or interested in the rural tourism industry is invited to attend.

Regular Registration

Instructions: If your organization would like to pay for more than one registration, you can add additional registrants at the bottom of the registration form, and it will be added to your total cost.

  • Regular Registration: $95
  • Late Registration: $150 (After October 1, 2025)
  • Spouse Registration: $40 (meals only) or $95 (full access)

*The Conference can have more than one of any type of sponsor

Instructions: Each sponsor has a certain amount of registrations included with their sponsorship. If you have more than one registrant, you can add the included additional registrants at the bottom of the registration form at no additional cost. 

If you are a Title, Grand or Patron Sponsor, ads must be received by October 1st to be included in the conference program!

Non-Profit Organizations may set up a display on a table with the conference registration of a member. There is no additional cost for the display, however, you must select that you would like a table upon registration. There are a limited number of tables available – first come, first served.

All Exhibitor tables will be located around the edge of the main meeting area to give maximum exposure and contact with attendees. Exhibitors will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Tables may be setup Monday (10/20), starting at noon and taken down Wednesday (10/22) after the last break.
